Does the spare part I found fit my vehicle?

Better to check than incur return costs! For our spare parts, we provide the original part number of our spare part. You can either read this part number on your defective part or possibly ask your workshop. You can always see the chassis number of the donor vehicle for the spare part in our offer. Using this chassis number, you can check the compatibility with your workshop. In case of doubt, you can contact us with your chassis number and the Currus-Connect ID of the spare part you found, and we will try to assist you. Keep in mind, return costs for spare parts that do not fit are your responsibility!

Your Order with Us

You can order with us using PayPal, credit card, and bank transfer. After receiving payment, the spare part will be shipped, and you will receive an invoice and a link to the shipment tracking. On average, our delivery time is between 3 and 6 working days. It is not possible to collect the spare part from us. It will be delivered directly to the delivery address you provided. After placing the order, the goods are shipped immediately, so it is no longer possible to cancel the order. You can refuse to accept the shipment. After the return, you will receive a refund of the purchase price minus the return shipping costs.

Warranty, Returns, and Complaints

We provide a warranty on all our spare parts. You can read more about this in our "General Terms and Conditions for Sale and Delivery Currus Connect (GTC)". If you have a complaint or want to return the purchased spare part, you must contact us before returning it. We will then provide you with the return address in Denmark, Sweden, or Norway. If you send the spare part to our office in Copenhagen, this will incur additional forwarding costs, which are your responsibility.

How long does the delivery take?

The delivery time is 3-6 working days. If you order before 12:00, we will ship the same day. If you order after 12:00, we will ship the next day. If you order on a weekend or a holiday, we will ship the next working day.

I don't see my country in the list of countries. Can I still get a delivery?

Yes! Please contact us at service@currus-connect.com and we will find a solution.

How do I pay?

You can pay with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Can I pay with invoice?

Yes, you can pay with invoice. Please contact us at service@currus-connect.com

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order. Please contact us at service@currus-connect.com.

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 14 days to return your order.
